Girts
Sub-girts are a continuous cladding solution that consists of galvanized steel framing. The cladding is then directly attached to the sub-girt.
An alternative is the L-angle girt. This ‘Thermal Separation System' (TSS) stops the transfer of cold outside air from entering the interior of the building.

Vapour Barrier
The building membrane or vapour barrier is designed to provide a high-performance waterproofing barrier, which is impermeable to air, moisture vapour and water. It protects the building and eliminates air gaps, water and moisture intrusion plus it easily self-seals around nails and fasteners.

Custom Metal Fabrication
We have the capability to slit and bend custom metal trim for all types of applications for institutional, commercial and residential projects. We do this in our own metal fabrication shop and we partner with metal fabrication shops as required, based on the custom needs of each project.

We completed two Organic Waste Storage Bunkers for the Region of Waterloo. Pro Roofing and Cladding was contracted by us to supply and install the Enviroshake Roof on these two bunkers.
