What We Do
If you look at the exterior cladding or roofing of any Home Depot in Ontario, Pro Roofing & Cladding likely installed it. Once the structural steel is up, we install the steel roof deck and architectural walls. We're successful because of our reputation, and we are known for our attention to detail. Our friendly, experienced and efficient team, our trucks, trailers, boom lifts and other specialized equipment all help us to get the job done right – the first time.
How We've Evolved
Over the years, our projects have taken us to the Greater Toronto area and throughout Ontario. This includes dozens of Home Depot stores, multiple Canadian Tire stores, Tim Hortons, McDonald's Restaurants, Malvern Library, Chateau Royale in Hamilton, health clubs, and A&W Restaurants. In the beginning, we were a three-man crew. Today, we've evolved into a highly skilled crew of installers with our own metal fabrication facility.
How We Do It Step-By-Step
- Discuss the specifications and material selection with the builder, architect, project management organization or owner and review the drawings and specifications provided
- Present the quote
- Discussions about the quote include making recommendations on possible cost savings, enhanced efficiencies, alternative materials, etc.
- Agreement on the contract
- Order materials according to the schedule
- Set a start date and discuss any special arrangements required, e.g. Health and Safety, site access, etc.

Pro Roofing & Cladding takes its commitment personally. We value our customers. When a contractor calls, they don't get passed off to a sales rep. "They deal directly with me," states owner and President Garry Smith.

We take health and safety seriously. All of our employees are WHMIS certified, Working at Heights certified and Boom Operation certified. Pro Roofing & Cladding carries five million dollars in liability insurance.
